- Ability to Restrict each weapon/class/perk from 0-64 (or whatever the max player is)
- Have All Dvars supporting DvarDef where each Dvar can be Map or/and Gametype specific
- Ability to Unlocks ALL Weapons, Perks and Attachments via Dvars

This could be complemented by Dvars to do stuff like:

- Knife only
- Pistol Only
- Shotgun Only ...
